IT DOESNT WORK
App does what is says. Easy to setup. Found my Roku box quickly. Stays out of the way in the menu bar. The keyboard makes searching on the roku nice. Buttons could be bigger.
It worked okay once I manually set the IP address. It did not automatically detect my Roku XS box over Wi-Fi (I just hope the address doesnt change once the IP lease expires). Beyond this limitation, I really like the neatness of the interface and how I can hide it into the title bar until I need it. Its also very responsive.
I am an extreme roku user, I have been searching for something to control my Roku box from my MAC and not have to use my iPhone anymore. This app does exactly what it says it does and the developer is quick to respond and loves to hear suggestions and your experience with the software, this purchase is one you will not regret! The other user who says it does not work simply does not know what he is talking about. I got this up and running in under 30 seconds - no issues and was controlling my Roku from my Menu Bar. Which is one feature I love as it is always there and I can click it when I need it. Perfect!

I love this use this for my bedroom and living room rokus thanks developers. *update doesnt seem to work anymore on either of my rokus.
The "support" site has no contact information for actual support. I paid for this app and it used to work great, but now since the 1.1 upgrade it wont even start. Problem. Hopefully the creator will see this review and fix the problem. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no effect. Theres no safe mode option, so I cannot diagnose any issues. Thanks.
Setup was quick and easy. I selected the roku I wanted to control and everything worked. The interface buttons could be larger but overall I like the look and feel of the app. I especially like that to use the app I simply pull it down from the menu bar. I stays out of my way when not in use.

Bought this for those days i can’t put my laptop down and want to control my Roku 3. Well I guess after using a short while I’ll have to go back to using the remote. The biggest issue is the fact that the keyboard option is not really allowing you to use your laptop keyboard to type. HELLO! I’m on a laptop and can’t use the keyboard to type in searches? Suggest you wait till the truly add a keyboard search and not manually click each letter on their keyboard.
I bought this app because I completely lost my remote and so I’ve had to use only my phone to control my tv. This app can do everything that the iPhone app can, with exception to controling the volume. Theres times when I’m sitting on my bed watching tv with my computer in my lap and all of a sudden the tv is screaming at me and I have no way to turn it down. Besides that, its a simple little tool to help browse through everything through my computer.
